Delivery Terms:

  • A contact phone number is required for all orders.
  • All deliveries are made using An Post.
  • If you selected ‘Collect In-Store’, one of our staff will call you to let you know when it is ready for collection.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

The local postman will deliver your order with the daily post. If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, the postman will leave a delivery docket in your letterbox, advising you to collect the parcel at your local post office.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking code.

You can then use this code to track your order at




All products (excluding sale items) are protected by a 14 Day Money-back Guarantee, or exchange to the same value. This is in addition to the Distance Selling Regulation. All sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and are eligible for full refund or exchange.

Goods should be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all tags still attached, in their original packaging, and with a valid receipt.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded, and any items returned in this condition will be sent back to the original delivery address.


Free Returns:

Checkout with PayPal and if your purchase isn't quite right, return it, and your postage will be refunded by PayPal.

Returns Options:


1) An Post (Return My Shopping)

If you have access to a printer this is the easiest & cheapest way to return your online order.

(a) Go to

(b) Fill in your details & print your Returns Label.

(c) Return the parcel to your local Post Office (€3.95) or you can order a collection (€7.50). *Collection is for Dublin customers only


2) An Post (Regular)

If you do not have access to a printer then you can follow the following steps:

(a) Complete the returns form that you received with your order

(b) Return the parcel to your local Post Office (costs depends on weight & is calculated at the Post Office)


 3) In-Store

For your convenience you can also return the product(s) to any Golden Spiderweb store. This is free of charge and there is no need to fill out the returns form. Just bring the product(s) along with your invoice & receipt to our store, and we will organize a full refund or exchange.


(i) Refunds cannot be issued in the store, and must be processed from Head Office. The funds will be refunded onto the same card that was used to make payment.

(ii) The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package the goods to prevent any damage.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. We will process your refund once your return has been received by us, and an e-mail will be sent to you when your refund has been finalised.
Refunds will only be credited to your original method of payment. Where this is not possible, an exchange or credit note will be offered.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective, or the reason for return was due to an error on our part.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.


All exchanges will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. There will be no additional charges for exchanges. An exchange will only be offered for a different colour or size of the same product.
All exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
You may only make an exchange on the same item once.


Under the Ireland / United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made over the phone between the hours of 09.30am and 5.30pm, Mon – Fri (Excluding Bank Holidays). If you have placed an order over the weekend, or evening, please call the next working day. There may be a chance your order has already been processed and dispatched, so the sooner you can contact us the better. If you call to cancel and you order has already been dispatched, then it is your responsibility to return the item.
